In my last post, I talked about the fear programming in the world and about how important it is to turn your head away from the main stream media and the negativity. Today I’m going to elaborate on that topic and tell you what you can focus on. Your focus is something extremely valuable and you decide where it goes. It’s very important to focus on the right things that make you feel good. Fear-based vibrations do not make you happy. They make you terrified. You also don’t want to waste your time and focus on fake and unproductive stuff, such as scrolling the internet’s websites. Your focus has the power to turn you into a better you. Here’s how to do that.
There are a lot of steps to help guide your focus in the right direction. I believe that a very important one is to surround yourself with positive people, people that bring out the best in you. I am very fortunate to have an amazing family that are extremely, positive, supportive, giving and kind. I think that having great people around you is great for your focus/attention. When you are down, positive people can help lift you up. They can keep your energy/vibration high as long as you do the same for them. Surrounding yourself with pessimists, bad friends and self-centered people will end up doing you wrong. They will either hold you back with their negativity, hurt you, or simply not care about you. Amazing friends and family can turn you towards positivity and productivity and a variety of high vibrational things to focus on and dwell in.
Another step I would recommend for your attention is exercising/sports. Getting active and training your body can really help your state of mind and is a great thing to focus on. Physical fitness has the power to freshen your mind and can help bring joy to your day. You can have fun pushing your body to its limits. I play tennis every day and it is the thing I look forward to the most in a day, usually. 🙂 Working out is productive and is a great habit for your mind, body and attention. So next time you have free time and nothing to do, go take a run or play a sport to give you something great to focus on.
